The Group Photo (supplied by David Bailey) is a veritable 'whos-who' of 1963, with 173 pupils and one teacher on view.
With that in mind, the window it opens is large and the image may take some time to load.

However, when the page is loaded it is possible to scroll around the image so as to try to identify everyone.

Bill Carnell and over 80 of the pupils in the photo are already identified, and their name appears when you hover your mouse over them, or tap their face (if you are using a touch screen). Ideally you will need a device with a large screen to do this.
If you can identify some others in the picture - or if you think any are identified incorrectly - work out a way of letting Tim Ecott know which one(s), and who it is, and the page will be updated.

The second group image, also possibly a press photo, was taken at the Fairfield Halls in either 1969 or 1970. The picture was supplied by Nick Murray. It shows Bill Carnell conducting an ensemble orchestra comprising not only boys from the CSTS, but also boys and girls from Haling Manor school. It is a pity that the image is not sharper, as it is not possible to identify anyone in the picture, apart from Bill Carnell himself.
